The hardest thing for me to cook is Lasagna. Yep. For the life of me I can never get it right. Dry no matter how much sauce and water I use. (I boil the noodles too) Lasagna should be easy to cook! LOL!

The hardest thing for me to cook is anything baked. Baking is an exact science and I don't cook that way. I like to "add a little of this and that" when I cook.

The hardest thing for me to do right in my kitchen is bread. And I was one of the bread makers in the school kitchen when I was working outside the home. Go figger.

I have a hard time following recipes. I always want to change them. I cook best on the fly.

The hardest thing I ever tried to cook was stew. I know that people think that veggie soup is stew but it has to be thick to be stew. I do alright till it comes to the thickening part then I bomb!!!!

I keep attempting to make chicken fried steak but can't get it right! Either the batter falls off as soon as it hits the pan or the outside gets burned black while trying to get inside cooked through & its bland. It's frustrating but i refuse to give it up till i've mastered it!

The hardest thing for me is making sauces! Anytime I try to make a sauce, I get all anxious about whether or not I'm reducing it enough or whatever!
